Section 2 – Professional Music Services (Kozaboa)

• 2.1 Nature of Service: Kozaboa provides professional A&R assessment, strategic SoundCloud placements, and technical track evaluations.

• 2.2 No Guarantee of Results: The User acknowledges that Kozaboa is a curation-based service. While we guarantee organic placement within our network and professional feedback, we DO NOT guarantee specific metrics such as plays, likes, reposts, or followers. Final results depend on the artistic quality of the music and organic audience reaction.

• 2.3 Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediate nature of A&R evaluations and network placements, all sales are final once the service has been initiated.

Section 3 – Access and Registration Access to the website is generally free. However, to secure “Professional” or “Elite” placements, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information (Email, SoundCloud URL, and Payment Data). You are solely responsible for the authenticity of the data provided.

Section 4 – Intellectual Property & Content License

• 4.1 Ownership: All elements of Fabbri DJ and Kozaboa are the intellectual property of the owner or its licensors.

• 4.2 Music Rights: By submitting a track for “Premiere” or “Repost”, the User grants Fabbri DJ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to stream, share, and promote said content across our digital platforms. The User retains 100% ownership of the original copyright.

Section 5 – Cookies and Tracking We use cookies to enhance security, facilitate navigation, and personalize your experience. This includes the use of the Meta Pixel for tracking the effectiveness of our “Artist Accelerator” campaigns. If you choose to reject cookies, some features of the music submission process may be limited.

Section 6 – User Responsibilities The User undertakes not to:

• A) Distribute illegal, discriminatory, or copyright-infringing content.

• B) Use bots or artificial means to manipulate the organic nature of our network.

• C) Attempt to breach the hardware or software systems of Fabbri DJ.

Section 7 – Links to Third-Party Sites This website contains links to partner networks (e.g., SoundCloud, Stripe). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before submitting personal data.
